Vevila (“we”, “us”) builds an AI assistant that helps estate agents follow up with viewing applicants by voice and SMS. This policy explains what personal data we handle and why. We act as a data controller for visitors to this website and as a data processor for the applicant data our customers (estate agents) instruct us to process.
Information we collect
- Website & demo requests: your name, work email, agency name, and website when you request a demo or contact us.
- Usage data: standard analytics (pages viewed, device, approximate location) collected via cookies — see our Cookie Policy.
- Service data (as processor): on behalf of our customers, call recordings, transcripts, and applicant contact details used to deliver follow-up calls and messages.
How we use data and our lawful bases
- Legitimate interests — B2B marketing to estate agencies and improving the product.
- Consent — non-essential analytics cookies.
- Contract — providing the service to customers under our terms and data-processing agreement.
Sharing and sub-processors
We share data only with vetted providers that help us run the service, including hosting, telephony, AI voice, authentication, and analytics partners. We do not sell personal data. A current sub-processor list is available on request.
Retention and international transfers
We keep personal data only as long as needed for the purposes above or as our customer instructs, then delete or anonymise it. Data is hosted in the EU and UK; where transfers occur, we rely on appropriate safeguards.
Your rights
Under UK GDPR you may request access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability, or object to processing. For service data held on a customer’s behalf, we will refer your request to that customer (the controller).
