The service
Vevila provides an AI assistant that follows up with estate-agent viewing applicants by voice and SMS, qualifies buyers, and surfaces leads. Features may change as the product evolves.
Accounts and acceptable use
You are responsible for activity under your account and for using the service lawfully — including obtaining any necessary basis to contact the applicants you ask us to call. Do not misuse the service or attempt to disrupt it.
Fees and guarantee
Subscription fees are billed monthly. Any published guarantee applies on the specific terms stated with it. Taxes may apply.
Intellectual property
We retain all rights in the Vevila platform. You retain rights in your own data; you grant us the rights needed to operate the service for you.
Disclaimers and liability
The service is provided “as is”. To the extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the fees you paid in the prior three months.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
